Refund policy


At UNION CLUB, all products are made to order specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • ordering the wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@unionclubwear.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.
